Add a recipient easily via Mama Money WhatsApp or the App.

Follow the steps below to add a recipient.

Via the Mama Money App:

Log in to your family app.
Tap Send Money on the top left
Tap 'Add' at the top
Add the recipient's first name, last name, country, and phone number
Select the payout method and payout partner
Select the reason you are sending the money and your relationship to the recipient
Add the account number if sending to a bank account
Confirm the details

Via WhatsApp:

Say Hi to +27 60 091 5591
Select Option 3 — Send money
Select Option 2 — Add recipient
Enter the recipient's first name, last name, country, and phone number
Select the payout method and payout partner
Select the reason you are sending the money and your relationship to the recipient
Add the account number if sending to a bank account

Confirm the details to save your recipient.

Note: You can have a maximum of 8 recipients at a time.
