Add a recipient easily via Mama Money WhatsApp or the App.

To Add a Recipient via WhatsApp

➡️ Send “Hi” to +27 60 091 5591 

➡️ Select  → 2️⃣ Send money, then 2️⃣→ Add recipient 

➡️ Enter Recipient's First Name, Last Name, Country, Phone number

➡️ Select the Payout Method: Cashout, Mobile Wallet or Bank Account

➡️ Select the Payout Partner: The exact institution where the money is going

➡️ Select the Reason you are sending the money

➡️ Select the Relationship to the recipient

➡️ If it is a Bank Account, add the account number

➡️ Confirm details

To Add a Recipient via the App

➡️ Log in to your Family App→ Tap Send Money on the top left

➡️ Tap Add at the top

➡️ Add the Recipient's First Name, Last Name, Country and Phone number

➡️ Select the Payout Method: Cashout, Mobile Wallet or Bank Account

➡️ Select the Payout Partner: The exact institution where the money is going

➡️ Select the Reason you are sending the money

➡️ Select the Relationship to the recipient

➡️ If it is a Bank Account, add the account number

➡️ Confirm details

Note: You can have a maximum of 8 recipients at a time. 

Now that you have a recipient, you can create an Order
