Follow these steps:

On WhatsApp:

1. Send a WhatsApp message here.
2. Select 1 - Mama Money Card
3. Select 3 - Account details 
4. Select 1 - Proof of Account Document

On the Mama Money App:

1. Login
2. Select the "Mama Card"
3. Tap "Account details"
4. At the bottom of your screen, tap "Download Proof of Account"
