If an EFT payment to your Mama Money Card failed, please check these common issues:

• Weekend Payments: Transfers sent on Saturday or Sunday will only process on Monday.
• Bank Name: Ensure the sender selected "Bank Zero" as the bank.
• Account Type: Ensure the sender selected "Cheque" as the account type.
• Monthly Limit: Your Mama Money Card has a R100,000 monthly limit. If this limit is exceeded, the payment will be automatically refunded to the sender within 7 to 10 working days.
