Follow the steps below to transfer money from your Main Wallet to your Mama Money Card.

Via the Mama Money App:

• Log in to the Mama Money application

• Select Main Wallet

• Select the Transfer option at the top of the screen

• Choose Transfer from Main Wallet to Mama Money Card

• Enter the Rand amount

• Tap Transfer to complete the transaction

Via WhatsApp:

• Say Hi to +27 600 915 591

• Select Option 2 — Main Wallet

• Select Option 4 — Transfer to Mama Money Card

• Type the amount to transfer

• Select Option 1 — Confirm to complete the transfer

Note: If you have an active Cash Load order, the transfer will be rejected. Please cancel any unpaid cash load order before trying again.
