What is a Wallet Balance?

Your Walwallet balance is the amount of money currently available in your Mama Money Wallet. It reflects the funds you have loaded and can use for sending money, making payments, and more.

How to Check Your Wallet Balance on the App

Before You Start:

• Ensure you have a registered Mama Money account
• Make sure you are logged into the correct account
• Check that you have an active internet connection

Steps to follow:

• Open the Mama Money App
• Log in using your registered mobile number and PIN
• On the Home screen, tap Main Wallet
• Your available wallet balance will be displayed on the screen.

Can't See Your Balance?

Try the following:

Close and reopen the app

• Check your internet connection
• Update the app to the latest version
• Log out and log back in.
