Did you purchase a voucher but not receive the voucher details? Here is what to do.
 

Please check the following:

Step 1 — Check your transaction history on the Mama Money application:

• Open the Mama Money application on your phone
• Go to your transaction history
• Find the voucher purchase in question
• If the transaction shows as successful, your voucher token will be available to view directly in the transaction details, even if the SMS has not arrived

Step 2 — Retrieve your voucher token from the transaction history:

• Tap on the successful transaction
• Your voucher token should be displayed on the screen
• You can use this token directly; there is no need to wait for the SMS

Step 3 — Check your phone's signal and SMS inbox:

• Make sure your phone has a network signal
• Check that your SMS inbox is not full; a full inbox can prevent new messages from coming through
• Allow a few minutes, as SMS messages can sometimes be delayed by your network provider

Alternatively, please provide:

• Your Mama Money registered phone number
• The date and amount of the purchase
• The type of voucher purchased

Once our team receives your information, we will confirm the status of your voucher purchase
