Before contacting Mama Money Support, check the status of your payment:
Step 1: Open the Mama Money app.
Step 2: Go to Transaction History.
Step 3: Find the DStv payment.
Step 4: Check whether the transaction is marked as Failed, Pending, or Successful.
If the payment amount was deducted but your DStv account was not credited, do not attempt the payment again, as this could result in a duplicate payment.

1: Your Mama Money registered phone number
2: The date of the payment attempt
3: The payment amount
4: Your DStv customer/account number
