If you need to cancel your cash send or wicode order on the Mama Money Card, follow the steps below:

On WhatsApp:

1. Send a WhatsApp message here
2. Select 1 - Mama Money Card
3. Select 1 - Send Money
4. Then Select 2 - Send Money in South Africa 
5. The active wiCode will be displayed, and then select 1 - Cancel cash send.

On the Mama Money App:

1. Login
2. Select "Mama Card"
3. Select "Cash Send"
4. The active wiCode will be displayed. Select "Cancel" 
   
   NB: Once the cash send is cancelled, the money will reflect in your account.
