- Check your balance: Open the app, tap Mama Money Card, and make sure you have enough funds to cover the transfer.
- Check for open orders: Look at your order history. If you have any pending or unpaid orders, please cancel them, as these can block transfers. Once cancelled, try your transfer again.
- Check your history: Go to your Transaction History to see the status. If the transaction is marked as "failed", please do not retry.
