If you need to cancel your cash load order on the Mama Money Card, please follow the steps below:

On WhatsApp:

1. Send a WhatsApp message here
2. Select 1 - Mama Money Card 
3. Select 2 - Deposit cash
4. Select 1 - Cancel deposit order

On the Mama Money App:

1. Login
2. Select "Add Money" in the "Mama card" section
3. Select "Cash Load"
4. At the bottom of the page, select "Cancel Cash-load"
