Follow the steps below to transfer money from your Mama Money Card to your Main Wallet.

Via the Mama Money App:

• Log in to the Mama Money application

• Select Mama Card

• Select the Transfer option at the top of the screen

• Choose Transfer from Mama Money Card to Main Wallet

• Enter the Rand amount

• Tap Transfer to complete the transaction

Via WhatsApp:

• Say Hi to +27 600 915 591

• Select Option 1 — Mama Money Card

• Select Option 5 — Transfer to Wallet

• Type the amount to transfer

• Select Option 1 — Confirm to complete the transfer

Note: If you have an active Cash Load order, the transfer will be rejected. Please cancel any unpaid cash load orders before trying again.
