You can get your Mama Money Card in three easy ways:

1. Buy at Pick 'n Pay: Visit your closest Pick 'n Pay store and ask the cashier for a Mama Money Card (R100).
2. Visit a Mama Money Agent: Find your nearest agent and ask to purchase a card for R100. Please bring your registered phone and original ID document.
3. Order online for Pep delivery: We can deliver your card to a Pep store near you.
   • Requirements: Ensure you have at least R160 in your Mama Money account before ordering.
   • How to order via WhatsApp (+27 60 091 5591):
     • Say "Hi" to get started.
     • Select #9 "Order Card".
     • Select #1 to order (Total cost is R160, which covers the card, delivery, and the R29 monthly fee).
     • R120 will be deducted from your account immediately.
     • Our team will call you within 24 hours to confirm your shipping details and your preferred Pep store.

Important: Please keep your registered phone number active and available, as our team will contact you within 24 hours to arrange delivery.

Once you have the card, you can then activate it on the WhatsApp Send bot or on the Mama Money application.

3. Select 8: Activate card

4. Type the 7-digit code from your card's envelope. The code is near the barcode at the top.
