  Common WiCode Collection Issues & How to Fix Them:

  Issue 1 — The Cashier Says the WiCode Is Invalid

• What this means:
• The WiCode may have expired
• The WiCode may have already been collected
• The WiCode may have been entered incorrectly at the till
  
  What to do:
• Ask the cashier to try entering the WiCode again — make sure every digit is correct
• Check your Mama Money app or WhatsApp to confirm the WiCode is still active
• If the WiCode has expired, you will need to create a new one on WhatsApp or on the application.
• If the WiCode has already been collected and you did not collect it, contact Mama Money support immediately

• Your Mama Money registered phone number
• The WiCode that was used or is not working
• The amount of the WiCode
• The date and time the WiCode was created
