Common WiCode Collection Issues & How to Fix Them:Issue 1 — The Cashier Says the WiCode Is Invalid
- What this means:
- The WiCode may have expired
- The WiCode may have already been collected
- The WiCode may have been entered incorrectly at the till
What to do: - Ask the cashier to try entering the WiCode again — make sure every digit is correct
- Check your Mama Money app or WhatsApp to confirm the WiCode is still active
- If the WiCode has expired, you will need to create a new one on WhatsApp or on the application.
- If the WiCode has already been collected and you did not collect it, contact Mama Money support immediately
