If your transfer failed when using your Mama Money Card, your funds are safe and have been returned to your Mama Money wallet.
Follow these 4 steps to send your money successfully using your wallet balance:
- Check your wallet balance in the Mama Money app home screen to confirm the funds have returned.
- Select "Send Money," choose your recipient, and enter the amount.
- When prompted for payment, select "Wallet" instead of Card.
- Review your order details and confirm the transaction.
