If you have ordered a Mama Money Card more than once by mistake, we are here to help. A card order refund applies when a duplicate order has been placed, and if this has happened to you, do not worry; we will sort it out for you.

This can happen when:

• You tapped the order button more than once without realising it
• You placed a new order without knowing that a previous order was already being processed
• A technical issue caused the order to be submitted more than once

To process your refund, please have the following ready when you contact us:

• Your Mama Money registered phone number
• A clear description of what happened, including:
  • How many times was the card ordered?
  • When were the orders placed?
  • Did you receive more than one card or order confirmation?

Once our team receives your details, we will review your card order history.

If a duplicate order is confirmed, we will process a refund for the extra order, and you will be notified as soon as the funds have been returned to your Mama Money wallet.
