Mama Money wants you to stay safe when using WhatsApp for banking. Since WhatsApp is not our platform, we can’t control all its security.

If someone gets into your WhatsApp, they could see your messages or make transactions. Chat Lock helps protect your chats from this.

Below are simple steps to lock your chats on Android and iPhone.

How to lock chats on Android:

1. Open WhatsApp
2. Go to the chat you want to secure
3. Tap the contact name at the top
4. Scroll and select Chat lock
5. Turn on Lock this chat
6. Confirm using your fingerprint, face unlock, or phone PIN

How to lock chats on iPhone (iOS):

1. Open WhatsApp
2. Open the chat you want to lock
3. Tap the contact name at the top
4. Select Chat lock
5. Enable Lock this chat
6. Confirm using Face ID or Touch ID

The chat will then be moved to your Locked Chats folder, which can only be opened using your device security.

Note: Always keep your phone locked with a PIN, fingerprint, or Face ID. If you suspect suspicious activity or face issues, contact Mama Money support immediately.
