You can get your Mama Money Card in three easy ways:

1. Buy at Pick 'n Pay: Visit your closest Pick 'n Pay store and ask the cashier for a Mama Money Card (R100).
2. Visit a Mama Money Agent: Find your nearest agent and ask to purchase a card for R100. Please bring your registered phone and original ID document.
3. Order online for PEP delivery: We can deliver your card to a PEP store near you.
   • Requirements: Ensure you have at least R120 in your Mama Money account before ordering.
   • How to order via WhatsApp (+27 60 091 5591):
     • Say "Hi" to get started.
     • Select #9 "Order Card".
     • Select #1 to order (Total cost is R160, covering the card, delivery, and your first R29 monthly fee).
     • R120 will be deducted from your account immediately.
     • Our team will call you within 24 hours to confirm your shipping details and preferred PEP store.

How to activate your new card

Once you have your card, you can activate it easily via WhatsApp or the Mama Money App:

Via WhatsApp (+27 60 091 5591):

1. Say "Hi" to get started.
2. Select 1 – Mama Money Card.
3. Select 5 – Activate Card.
4. Enter the 7-digit code found near the barcode on your card's envelope.

Via the Mama Money App:

1. Log in to your app.
2. Select "Mama Card".
3. Tap "Activate Card".
4. Enter the 7-digit code found near the barcode on your card's envelope.
