Do you need to update your passport, ID or asylum document on your Mama Money account? No need to stress – follow these easy steps to take a clear picture and send it to us to update your document. 

• Find a place with good light before you take your photo. Avoid blurry, scanned and screenshot images. 
• Open your passport to the page that has your face, full name, passport number, and expiry date.
• Take a clear picture of the front and back of your ID. 
• Send the following:
  • Your Mama Money registered phone number
  • The clear photo of your passport/ID 

Please note: If you are updating your asylum document, please send it as a PDF file - exactly as you received it from Home Affairs with the password. Do not send a photo of the asylum document.
