• Step 1 — Find a place with good light before you take your photo. Avoid blurry, scanned and screenshot images. 
• Step 2 — Open your passport to the page that has your face, full name, passport number, and expiry date.
• Step 3 – Take a clear picture of the front and back of your ID. 
• Step 4—Send the following to Mama Money on WhatsApp +27 64 802 8428, and one of our agents will assist you:
  • Your Mama Money registered phone number
  • The clear photo of your passport/ID 

Please note: If you are updating your asylum document, please send it as a PDF file — exactly as you received it from Home Affairs with the password. Do not send a photo of the asylum document.
