Start by uninstalling the application from your phone first:

• Press and hold the Mama Money app icon on your screen
• Wait until you see "Delete" or "Uninstall".

• Tap that to remove the application

  After this, let's download the application again by going to your phone's app store:

  • iPhone: Look for the App Store — blue icon with an "A"
  • Samsung/Android phone: Look for the Google Play Store — colourful triangle icon
  • Huawei phone: Look for the Huawei AppGallery — orange icon
  • Search for "Mama Money" in the store and tap "Download" or "Install".
  • When this is done, open the application and try again after an hour.
