What We Need From You
To help activate your account as quickly as possible, please have the following ready when you contact us:
- The phone number you used to register — this is the number you entered when you first signed up for Mama Money
- A clear picture of your identity document — this can be either:
- A clear photo of your passport — open it to the page with your photo, full name, and passport number
- ID document – front and back
- A PDF of your asylum document — exactly as received from Home Affairs
