Your order was unsuccessful – what should you do?
➡️Open the Family App.
➡️Create a new order
➡️Select “Wallet Payment” as your payment method.
Why might my order not have gone through?
➡️Incorrect recipient name: make sure it matches their ID.
➡️Incorrect bank details: double-check the account number, routing number, and names.
➡️Incorrect phone number: the recipient’s number must be correct for verification.
➡️Recipient can’t receive money – sometimes restrictions at the recipient’s bank or location can block the transfer
Once you’ve reviewed these details, simply resubmit your order.
