If you need to cancel a cash-out, you can do it quickly via WhatsApp or directly in the app:
Via WhatsApp (+27 60 091 5591):
- Send "Hi" to our WhatsApp number.
- Reply with 2 for "Send Money".
- Reply with 4 for "Track Order".
- Select 1 to confirm the cancellation.
Via the Mama Money App:
You can also cancel any pending order directly through the app’s transaction menu.
How do I resend the order after cancelling?
Once you have cancelled the transaction, follow these steps to resend it:
- Tap Send Money in your Mama Money app.
- Select your recipient.
- Enter the exact Rand amount you previously paid and tap Next.
- Select Wallet Payment (Existing Deposit) and tap Confirm.
Your transaction will be resubmitted automatically.
Tip: Please ensure all recipient details are correct before confirming your new order.
