To cancel your order, you can use the Mama Money App or follow these steps on WhatsApp.
Via the App:
Log in to the app.
Go to Transactions.
Select Track Order.
Select Cancel Order at the bottom of the screen.
Via our WhatsApp Bot (+27 600 915 591):
Say "Hi" to get started.
Select Option 3 — Send money.
Select Option 4 — Track order.
Select Option 2 — Cancel this order.
Select Option 1 — Cancel.
