This happens when you have created a cash load order but are unable to cancel it yourself through the Mama Money app. You may see an error message, or the cancellation simply does not go through, even after trying multiple times.
Before contacting our support team, please try the following:
Step 1 — Close and reopen the app:
- Close the Mama Money app completely
- Reopen the app and try to cancel the order again
Step 2 — Check your internet connection:
- Make sure your mobile data or Wi-Fi is active and working
- Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
- A weak or unstable connection can prevent the cancellation from processing
Step 3 — Restart your phone:
- Switch your phone off and on again
- Open the Mama Money app and attempt the cancellation once more
Step 4 — Try cancelling again after a few minutes:
- Sometimes a short delay can resolve a temporary system issue
- Wait a few minutes and try the cancellation again
