Transfer Funds From Your Wallet to Your Mama Money Card

Before requesting your refund, you may need to transfer your funds from your Main Wallet to your Mama Money card. Here is how:

• Step 1 — Select the 'Transfer' option at the top of the screen
• Step 2 — Tap on Main Wallet
• Step 3 — Choose to transfer from your Main Wallet to your Mama Money Card
• Step 4 — Enter the Rand amount and tap Transfer

Alternatively, we need the following from you to process your refund:

• Your Mama Money registered phone number
• The reason for requesting the refund
• A copy of your proof of payment — submitted in PDF form
• Your bank account details, including:
