How Long Should a Bill Payment Take?

• Most bill payments reflect within minutes of being made
• If your payment has not reflected after 30 minutes, this may indicate a delay
• Delays can happen due to:
  • Technical issues on the service provider's side
  • High volumes of transactions being processed at the same time
  • Network or connectivity issues at the time of payment
