Before reaching out to our support team, please check the following with your recipient:
- Double-check the mobile number and wallet provider that were used when you sent the money.
- Compare this to your recipient's actual mobile wallet details to make sure there was no mistake.
If you have followed the steps above and your recipient still has not received the funds, please contact Mama Money support with the following information ready:
- Your Mama Money registered phone number
- The date and amount of the transaction
- The recipient's mobile wallet statement — this is required so our team can investigate further with the receiving mobile wallet provider
