If the collection SMS hasn't arrived or is lost, you can manually share the token using these steps:

Via the Mama Money App:  

1. Log in to your Mama Money App.  

2. Go to Transactions.  

3. Tap Share on the relevant transaction.  

4. Choose your recipient on WhatsApp.  

5. The token message will be sent automatically.  

Via our WhatsApp Bot (+27 600 915 591):  

1. Say "Hi" to get started.  

2. Select 2 – Send Money.  

3. Select 4 – Track Order.  

4. Select 2 – Track Recent Transactions.  

5. Share the pickup token directly with your recipient.  

Troubleshooting:  

If the recipient still hasn't received the SMS, please advise them to:  

• Check their spam folder: Sometimes the message may be filtered.  

• Wait a few minutes: SMS delivery can occasionally be delayed.  

• If it still hasn't arrived, you can use the steps above to resend it manually.  

Note: Always remind your recipient to bring their original, valid ID and the collection message when they go to collect.
