To Cash Out with a normal token at an EcoCash agent, you need to add the money to your EcoCash Wallet, then Cash Out. Speak to your EcoCash agent; they can assist you.

3. Select → 3. Diaspora Cash Pickup
4. Select → 1. Thunes Pickup
5. Enter Reference Code → xxxxxx
6.Select→ 1 to Confirm your details: {fname} {lname}
7. Select → 1. Proceed Collect {currencyCode}{amount} from {senderName}
8. The money is now in your EcoCash Wallet, and you can cash out at an EcoCash Agent
