Orders automatically expire if payment isn't received within 24 hours. Don't worry—just recreate the order.
Why did my order expire?
- Payment wasn't made within 24 hours.
- Payment is still processing.
Did you already pay?
If you paid before the expiry, follow these steps:
- Check your Wallet: Open the app and check your Main Wallet balance. If the funds are there, just create a new order and select "Wallet" as your payment method on the Mama Money app or on the WhatsApp Send Bot (27600915591)
- Complete your payment within 24 hours to avoid the order expiring again
- If funds aren't showing: Your payment might still be processing.
- EFT: Can take 24–48 working hours.
- Capitec: Can take up to 48 working hours.
Still need help?
If the funds haven't reflected after the wait, contact us with:
- Your registered phone number
- The date of the transfer
- The amount sent
- A screenshot of the transaction (if available)
