To request a refund from Mama Money, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Transfer your funds (if applicable)

1: Tap Transfer at the top of the screen.
2: Select Main Wallet.
3: Choose Transfer from Main Wallet to Mama Money Card.
4: Enter the amount and tap Transfer.

Step 2: Submit your refund request

Please provide:
1: Your Mama Money registered phone number.
2: The reason for your refund request.
3: Proof of payment (PDF format).
4: Your bank account details (full name, account number, and branch code).
5: A bank confirmation letter.
