What Does a "Cancelled" Transaction Status Mean?

A cancelled transaction status means that your transaction was not completed successfully and did not go through. This can sometimes happen due to technical reasons on our side or with the payment network — and it does not always mean you did something wrong.

To help investigate your cancelled transaction, please have the following ready when you contact us:

For all cancelled transactions:

• Your Mama Money registered phone number
• Proof of payment in PDF form

If it was a Bill Payment or ATM Payment:

Once our team receives your registered number, proof of payment, and receipt (where applicable), we will investigate the cancelled transaction.

You will be notified once the investigation has been completed and the issue has been resolved
